De Maskers
Potverdrie, groot schandaal in onze familie
De Maskers ('The Masks') were a sixties beat/psych/rock band from Amsterdam, The Netherlands, effectively a continuation of ZZ & De Maskers. The name change was a logical step following the departure of frontman Bob 'ZZ' Bouber; De Maskers carried without him, from 1966 onwards. The band silently fell apart towards the end of the 1960s, but re-united several times in the 1980s and 2000s.

Although the band enjoyed most of its chart succes in the ZZ & De Maskers years (1962-1965) De Maskers also had a few modest Dutch hits 'post-ZZ'
